Mitchell Ryan Moyer, 24, of Kendallville went to be with his Lord on Monday, August 28, 2023, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He was born August 13, 1999, in Columbia City, Indiana to John Newton Moyer, Jr. and Brenda Lee (Miller) Deter.  He graduated from Central Noble High School in 2018.  Mitchell was a member of the Seventh Crown band as their lead guitarist and wrote a lot of the songs they played.  He had a passion for music. His love for playing guitar often landed him at Sweetwater playing many different styles.  Spending time with his family always meant a lot to Mitchell.

Aunt, Linda & Dan Stamper of Fort Wayne.
Aunt, Jill and Jay Metzger of New Haven.
Aunt, Karen and Gary Gordon of New Haven.
Uncle, Rob & Karena Moyer of Warsaw.
Aunt, LeaAnn Wicker of Kendallville.
Aunt, Lisa Brashear of Albion.
Uncle, Robert Jr. and Charlotte Miller of New Mexico.

Grandparents, Rick and Sue Deter of Albion.
Uncle, Chad Deter and his partner Jamie of Kendallville.
Mitchell was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John Moyer Sr. and Sandy Moyer, maternal grandparents, Robert E. Miller Sr. and Janet D. Miller, Uncle Don Meyer.
Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of his mother, Brenda Deter.
The family plans to hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
