Patricia Ann (Grant) Uhl

Patricia Ann Uhl, age 76, of Kendallville, passed away May 4, 2025, at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville. Mrs. Uhl was born April 30, 1949, in Allen County, Indiana, to the late Fredrick Grant, Jr. and Doris Ione (Pratt) Grant. She married Oakley Uhl who preceded her in death June 11, 2011. Pat was employed 41 years with General Electric/BAE Systems in Fort Wayne. 

Survivors include:
Son, Chad Lee (Angie) Sheets of Albion.
Three grandchildren: Amber (David) Blanton of Ohio; Dalton (Justice) Sheets of Albion; and Joseph Sheets of Albion.
Six great grandchildren: Willow Blanton, Abby Blanton, Skylynn Strickland, Hayden Strickland, Oceanna Sheets, and Everly Sheets. 
Sister, Priscilla "Chris" Wylie of Avilla.
Brother, Nolan Wolf of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Paulette (Gair) Dunham of Columbia City. 
Several nieces and nephews. 
Close friend of 56 years, Marti Bedwell of Avilla. 

Patricia was preceded in death by a son, Fredrick Sheets and a sister, Pamela Tinsley. 

Visitation and funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville. Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 5:00 PM. 
Burial will take place later at Sweet Cemetery near Albion.
