Paul Randall Ream, age 42, of Waterloo, passed away suddenly on August 23, 2025. Paul was born in Paulding, Ohio, on February 1, 1983, to the late Roger Randall Ream and Carol Sue (VanCleve) Taylor.
Paul always had a love for adventure and living life on the edge. From being a volunteer firefighter to riding motorcycles and anything that could go fast, he was always down for anything. He also had a passion for traveling which lead to his career of truck driving with Kentucky and Florida specifically holding very special places in his heart.
Paul was what most would consider a goofball. With his silly voices and prankster spirit, he was always trying to make someone laugh. Paul looked to live every day to the fullest. To know Paul was a true blessing. Paul was a beloved family man that loved to spend time with his four children.
Survivors include:
Son, Brayden Ream of Garrett.
Daughter, Riley Herendeen of Auburn.
Daughter, Kaedence Speakman-Ream of Kendallville.
Son, Xavier Ream of Anderson.
Sister, Brittany Paige of Fountain City.
Sister, Lucinda Van Cleve of Van Wert, Ohio.
Sister, Tiffany Southerland of Van Wert, Ohio.
Stepsister, Julie Trump.

And many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Roger Ream in 2017 and his mother, Carol Taylor in 2020, and an infant brother, John Claude Paige.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 2:00 - 5:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville followed by a celebration of Paul's life and a time to share memories at 5:00 PM.
