Robert W. Ferrin

Robert W. Ferrin, age 94, passed peacefully Sunday, October 11, 2020 with his wife of 43 years by his side.  Mr. Ferrin was a 3rd generation of Ferrins in Worth, Illinois.  He honorably served his country in the United States Navy during WWII, South Pacific.  Bob was a founding member of St. Mark Elca Lutheran Church in Worth, Illinois.  He was a part time Worth Police Officer in the 1950’s & 1960’s.  After working at Armour & Company Stockyards in Chicago, he found his calling as a Safety Director for various Household Goods Moving companies for over 40 years.

Daughter, Paula (Tom)
Son, Wesley (Ana)
Son, Bruce (Cheryl)
Sister, Rosella (Loren)
Sister, Donna Mae
Grandson, Eric (Jessica)
Great grandchildren, Magnus and Elowen.
Nieces, nephews and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by wife Erma and best friend, Garland.

Services and burial with military honors will be held in Illinois in the Spring of 2021.
