Ruby (Hall) Adkins

Ruby Jean Adkins, age 74, of Wolcottville, passed away June 13, 2025, at her home. Mrs. Adkins was born in McDowell, Kentucky, on February 14, 1951, to the late Anthony and Ruby Hall. She married Roosevelt Adkins in 1981 in Kendallville and she was a homemaker. 

Survivors include:
Husband, Roosevelt Adkins of Wolcottville.
Daughter, Judy Hile of Charleston, South Carolina.
Daughter, Nicole Haritos of Garrett, Indiana.
Daughter, Dawn Adkins of LaGrange. 
Ten grandchildren: Christene Hile of Charleston, South Carolina; Ashley Harris of Cleveland, Ohio; Caden (Addie) Owsley of Shipshewana; Lucy Yoder of Shipshewana; Ian McKay of Ashley; Ruby Adkins, Daniel Adkins, Penelope Adkins, Rose Adkins and Weston Adkins all of LaGrange. Four great grandchildren also survive. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1:00PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville with Rev. Ken Weaver officiating the service. There is no visitation prior to the service. 
Burial will follow at Brushy Chapel Cemetery in LaGrange County.
