Survivors include her husband, Mike Hey, Fort Wayne; daughter, Tami Brumett, Leesburg; son-in- law, Don Brumett, Leesburg; daughter, Kelly Ormsby of Fort Wayne; grandsons, Austin and Logan Ormsby of Fort Wayne and Billy Brumett of Fort Wayne.
