Troy Michael Fugate, age 37, died February 24, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Troy was born in Kendallville, Indiana to Joyce Fugate Jones. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Joyce and Scott Jones of Wolcottville and his children Kaidyn Lee Fugate of Sturgis, Ethan David Fugate of Sturgis and Alex Fugate of Fort Wayne. There are no services scheduled.
