Diane Fortman

DIANE MARY FORTMAN, age 61, of Kendallville, died suddenly Saturday, January 24, 2015 at her home.  She was born in Garrett, Indiana on January 21, 1954 to the late Ralph Frederick and Leona Francis (Krieibrink) Fortman.  She graduated from East Noble High School in 1972 and was employed with Kraft Foods from 1972-2006.

Survivors include: 
Brother, James and Pat Fortman of Avilla.
Sister, Joyce and Jerry Cochran of Ashley.
Brother, Gilbert Fortman of Kendallville.
Brother, Roger and Sue Fortman of Avilla.
Brother, Danny and Kathy Fortman of Howe.
Many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1986 and her mother in 2002.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
Visitation will also be Wednesday from 11:00 am-1:00 pm 
Officiating the funeral service will be Fr. James Stoyle.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Avilla.
Preferred Memorials may be made to Northeast Indiana Kidney Foundation or Masses.
