Gary was one of a kind, loved by all, and always cheering everyone on. Although our paths rarely crossed, I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. What a good person! We should all try to lead lives with Gary's enthusiasm and joy! I am sure he will be deeply missed.

Sorry to hear of Gary's passing
We have not met but Gary was a good friend and a classmate at Kendallville High School. Gary and I had many a chat over breakfast/ lunch after he retired form the fire service. I'm also retired form the fire service so we would talk about our service and share stories from our fire runs. Gary was always a good friend as well as a brother in the Fire Service. He will be missed.
