My deepest sympathies for Jeff's children a d family. I grew up with him knowing his sweet beautiful smile and spirit. He is my cousin on my Grandmother Viola (Price) Pepping side of the family. We reconnected recently thru FB. Sending hugs and prayers to all.... Fly high with the angels my sweet loving friend.
