We were saddened to learn that Dick was ill and has now passed away.
We were glad to have had a little time with him over the years and were able to talk a couple times recently.
Our thoughts and prayers for his children & grandchildren.

I have only known Dick for approximately 15 years but in that time I believe he and I became good friends. To say that Dick and I often had constructive disagreements may be understated. One day he told me during one of these discussions (all in good humor) that "someday you will turn around and I will be gone". This reminded me of the TV show Everybody love Raymond. Raymond's mother told him that and he spun in a circle and stated "Not Today". Well I turned around and he is right. I really miss him
