Goodbye to a special lady. She opened her heart and house for so many. In 1980-81 Barb was such a friend and support for Saska "Jack" Saarikoski and me during our AFS year at East Noble. So happy now that we did meet again last year when we visited Kendallville on our US trip.
You will be remembered. Our thoughts are with the loved ones she leaves behind.

For someone who would never serve as a Worship Assistant because she would have to speak in front of people, there are not many who had greater influence with others. Barb had boundless loyalty toward friends and selfless love. She led by example and encouragement. Her unique style will be greatly missed. Quite the role model!
